At Forever After Bridal we want you to be happy with your order. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your order. Our goal is to make every purchase a positive experience. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us by emailor call at 718-757-9643 within 7 days from the time you received your order and obtain a Return Authorization Number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
Since most items are handmade, Forever After Bridal cannot be responsible for variations in color, size, shape, weight or to any accessories added to the product in assembly (stones, crystals, pearls, etc). Packaging coloring may also vary and exact coloring cannot be guaranteed since items may have been ordered at different times. Forever After Bridal will not be held responsiblefor any claim made regarding variations of coloring of the item or its packaging or any fees that may arise to remedy any such claims.

*Unfortunately due to the fact that most of these products are for one time use only, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS*
All claims for damages or missing items must be made within 48 hours from the time you have received your order. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please keep the damaged merchandise and packaging available for a possible claim by us with the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for replacements that may or may not make it in time for your event. Under no circumstances will Forever After Bridal be responsible for any shipping charges other than UPS ground freight that may arise from damages, lost packages, human error or incorrect items that may have shipped by accident. We urge you to place orders within a reasonable time frame to allow for situations that may arise. Please note that a valid damage claim is one where the item is either broken or not functional. Claims for damaged items will require proof of damages in the form of pictures sent to us. NO CLAIM WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT FORWARDED PICTURES. Since Forever After Bridal represents vendors who deal in many types of materials any variations in ceramics, porcelains or glass that occur naturally in production of these materials are not considered damages. Refused orders will still be charged freight charges incurred in shipping to destination. All claims for damages should be directed to email@example.com
Items can be returned within 5 days of delivery with a restocking fee of 30%. Customer will pay ALL freight charges coming and going. For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as FEDEX or UPS, that offer a tracking number. Also, please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged. Shipping and any "Rush" fees are not refundable. PARTIAL RETURNS/SPECIAL ORDERS NON-REFUNDABLE. Personalized, past event dates, handcrafted items, sale items, edible and perishable items as well as candles are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
